Well, this week’s Selfie Sunday obviously went off the rails. Another week, another group of workouts, another set of selfies. Poor Phyxius is still in the shop so it was another week of fun on the spin bike, and the ocean is too damn cold (and too damn polluted thanks to rain-inspired runoff) so another week at the pool.

Also I try not to post things that can trigger ablism, but it is hard when encouraging people to finish an ironman because so much of ironmans identity is over coming everything
