Finally I’m getting somewhere, the month of momentum is in full swing! The two run/walks I’ve done this week have been between 2 and 2.5 minutes per mile faster than what I was doing before I got sick, the issue with the pain in my foot seems to have resolved, I’ve figured out how to manage the chlorine allergy and I’ve got my bike back. I’ve got a little over 9 months to make this happen.
