Row Row Row My Chair

Today I tried seated rowing with a resistance band. It went ok but wasn’t the cardio challenge I was hoping for.  Tomorrow I get to try swimming, so I’m pretty jazzed about that. As I walked outside this evening it was my favorite running weather – cool, with just a tad of a drizzle going and I think I may have actually had a moment of genuinely missing running.

Today’s workouts:

45 minutes of resistance band rowing

500 crunches
